Can't you block replay risk by using the nonce on ETH-pos first and keeping your nonce number higher on ETH-pos than it is on ETH-pow?
That may be a trick to manage if you're trying to dump everything quickly, but you could quickly send yourself some ETH a bunch of times on ETH-pos and give yourself some breathing room to dump things on ETH-pow without replay risk
